MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, November 13, 1985 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of November 13, 1985 was called <br />to order at 8:lOpm by Chairman DeWitt Wilson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />l?(1T.T. CAT.T. <br />Commissioners Present: Brian Hoyt, John Innes, Larry Lindsey, <br />Sharrell Michelotti, Kaye Wellman and <br />DeWitt C. Wilson, Chairman <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert Okamura, <br />City Engineer and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wellman that the following Minutes be approved as <br />submitted. Commissioner Innes abstained from approving the <br />Design Review Board and Planning Commission minutes of October <br />23, 1985 because he did not attend the meetings. Approval of the <br />Minutes were otherwise unanimously approved. <br />Board of Adjustment - October 23, 1985 <br />Design Review Board - October 23 and October 25, 1985 <br />Planning Commission - October 9, and October 23, 1985 <br />_MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />_PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Lindsey recently noticed an Ozzie Davis-type air <br />balloon at the shopping center located at Old Santa Rita and <br />- 1 - <br />r <br />
