Minutes <br />Planning Commissic <br />10/23/85 <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Lindsey, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2720 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-81-30-33D as motioned. <br />Tentative Map No. 4473 <br />Application of Dr. Hari Puri for tentative map approval to create <br />a 5 lot subdivision on an approximately 4.1 acre site located at <br />3885 Foothill Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Low Density Residential District. <br />This item was continued to 11/13/85. <br />UP-85-40, Northwood Homes, Inc. <br />Application of Northwood Homes, Inc. for a conditional use permit <br />to allow for warehouse uses at 39 California Avenue. Zoning for <br />the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial <br />District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of the <br />conditional use permit. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Ron Harrison, 39 California Avenue, urged approval of the <br />application. He asked that all three buildings be approved so <br />that they do not have to come in for each individual permit. <br />Chairman Wilson asked who the users of the buildings are. Mr. <br />Harrison reviewed the users and stated that the front building is <br />to house storage and display area for spas. They need a show <br />room. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />After further discussion of the Commissioners, Commissioner <br />Wellman made a motion seconded by Commissioner Hoyt that UP-85-40 <br />be approved subject to the conditions of the staff report, but <br />allowing California Comfort Spas to locate in the front building <br />because all findings as shown in the staff report are made. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Lindsey, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2721 was entered and adopted approving UP-85-40 as <br />motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />
