Minutes <br />Planning Commissio <br />September 11, 1985 <br />Railroad, 5t. John Street, and Peters Avenue (both sides of said <br />streets). <br />This item was continued to 9/25/85. <br />Z-85-338, Imperial Freeholds <br />Application of Imperial Freeholds for design review approval to <br />allow the installation of a satellite dish antennae in the <br />parking lot at their office building located at 5776 Stoneridge <br />Mall Road. Zoning for the property is CR(p) (Regional <br />Commercial-peripheral) District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this proposal. The antennae will only be visible from the <br />building next door from which there is no way to screen it. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Anthony Long, Imperial Freeholds, represented his tenant, <br />Chrysler Corporation. They agree with the staff report and <br />conditions shown thereon. They are prepared to go to the lowest <br />elevation to give the cleanest line of site. They have complied <br />with the conditions of Taubman Corporation and in fact they <br />endorse the application which says a lot for the application <br />itself. He urged approval of their application. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Michelotti that Case Z-85-338 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Lindsey, Michelotti and <br />Resolution No. 2704 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />Z-85-338 as motioned. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Planning Commission meeting was adjourned at 12:03am by <br />Chairman DeWitt Wilson. <br />R~,spectfully submitted, <br />~. -- <br />Brian W.
