MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, September 11, 985 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of September 11, 1985 was called <br />to order at 8:55pm by Chairman DeWitt Wilson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />nnT T !"ITT T <br />Commissioners Present: Brian Hoyt, John Innes, Larry <br />Lindsey,Sharrell Michelotti and DeWitt <br />Wilson <br />Commissioners Absent: Kaye Wellman (out of town) <br />Staff Members Present: Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert Okamura, <br />City Engineer and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />No Minutes were submitted for approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked that Case RZ-85-15 relating to the Downtown <br />Guidelines be continued to 9/25/85; that the application of <br />Imperial Freehold be continued to the Planning Commission meeting <br />this evening for consideration after the proposed satellite dish <br />ordinance. He suggested that with regard to Items 5a, 5b, and 5c <br />that public testimony be taken on all three at the same time as <br />they are related. The Commission agreed to these requests. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Chairman Wilson and Commissioner Hoyt indicated they would not be <br />present at the 9/25/85 meeting. <br />- 1 - <br />_ _ _ _. _ _ ~ _. _. _. _ .. .. _ T <br />
