MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, August 28, 1985 <br />8:o0pm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of August 28, 1985 was called to <br />order at 8:05pm by DeWitt C. Wilson, Chairman. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />R(1 T.T. C'AT,T, <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Brian Hoyt, John Innes, Larry <br />Lindsey, Kaye Wellman, DeWitt <br />Wilson, Chairman; and Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Alternate <br />None <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development; Robert <br />Okamura, City Engineer; and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />The Minutes of August 14, 1985 were approved as submitted, <br />amending Page 11, second paragraph, 13 lines down to read 'one' <br />intersection instead of 'nine' intersections. Commissioner Inner <br />further instructed the clerk to put in the minutes his comments <br />relating to green hours, well time and lane capacities concerning <br />traffic issues. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHI_C_H_IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked that the following items be continued to <br />September 11, 1985 as opposed to September 25, 1985 because of <br />the length of that agenda: GP-85-6, GP-85-3, PUD-85-7, RZ-85-15 <br />and RZ-85-14. He then asked that PUD-85-10 and PUD-85-13 be <br />continued to September 25, and that UP-85-29 be continued to the <br />first meeting in October. He also requested that a modification <br />to Case PUD-84-13 be added to the end of the agenda. The <br />Commissioners agreed to these changes. <br />- 1 - <br />
