Swift, Acting Director of <br />Planning and Community Development <br />and Assistant City Attorney; Tom <br />Quaglia, Assistant Planner; Robert <br />Okamura, City Engineer; and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />The Minutes of the June 12 and June 26 meeting were approved as <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />A(;F.NiIA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked that PUD-85-10, Z-85-176, UP-85-19, PUD-84-4-2M, <br />PUD-85-13, GP-85-5 and PUD-85-11 be continued to August 14, 1985. <br />The Planning Commission indicated they would discuss Z-85-176 and <br />UP-85-19 and continue all matters to August 14, 1985 as <br />requested. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />- 1 - <br />
