MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, June 26, 1985 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 26, 1985 was called to <br />order at 8:35pm by DeWitt C. Wilson, Chairman. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />unr.r. rnr.r. <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />John Innes, Larry Lindsey, Kaye <br />Wellman, DeWitt Wilson, Chairman; <br />and Sharrell Michelotti, Alternate <br />Brian Hoyt (out of town) <br />Brian W. Swift, Acting Director of <br />Planning and Community Development <br />and Assistant City Attorney; Robert <br />Okamura, City Engineer; and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />There were no Minutes submitted for review and approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked that RZ-85-7, PUD-85-9, PUD-85-10, PUD-81-30-29D <br />be continued to 7/24/85 for various reasons. He suggested that <br />if the agenda for July 24 appears to be very long the Commission <br />consider starting at 6:OOpm. The Commission agreed with this <br />time change should it be needed. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Innes addressed, again, his concerns with the <br />Foothill Knolls left turn lane on Foothill Road. Mr. Okamura <br />stated that this matter was addressed at a recent traffic <br />committee meeting and it is now unsure as to whether or not the <br />lane is even needed. Records will be checked to determine the <br />- 1 - <br />*.. <br />
