The public hearing was closed.
Chairman Wilson didn't recall ever seeing the power line on the
PG&E plan. Mr. Harris indicated that it was shown on the PUD
plan.
Commissioner Innes would like to see staff request PG&E to
justify to City Council why that line could not be realigned on
the utility access road. Anything that can be done to get it out
of the subdivision should be done. Mr. Harris stated that staff
has previously asked them to do this an they refused. Mr. Swift
stated this will not go to City Council until the final map has
been approved.
A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by
Commissioner Innes that Tract 5351 be approved subject to the
conditions of the staff report with the following changes:
Add Condition No. 4
That the developer meet all applicable conditions or requirements
of other City departments and/or any interested outside public
agencies having jurisdiction as determined by the City Engineer.
Amend Condition No. 6
That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public streets be
set at 1/2% or greater unless otherwise approved by the City
Engineer.
Amend Condition No. 29
That electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication
service and any required alarms systems be installed underground
in a joint utility trench excluding the existing 12 and 60 kv
lines, unless otherwise specifically approved by the City
Engineer.
Condition No. 42
That the proposed private 24 ft. wide drives shall have rolled
curbs with sidewalks along one side as approved by the City
Engineer.
ROLL CALL VOTE
AYES: Commissioners Innes,
Wilson
NOES: Commissioner Hoyt
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
Lindsey, Wellman and Chairman
Resolution No. 2664 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5351
as motioned.
COMMUNICATIONS
- 14 -
