MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, June 12, 1985 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 12, 1985 was called to <br />order at 9:20pm by DeWitt C. Wilson, Chairman. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />Dl1T T !'~T T.T. <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Brian Hoyt, John Innes, Larry <br />Lindsey, Kaye Wellman, DeWitt <br />Wilson, Chairman; and Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Alternate <br />None <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; <br />Tom Quaglia, Assistant Planner; <br />Robert Okamura, City Engineer; Brian <br />W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; <br />and Shirley McDougall, Recording <br />Secretary <br />The Planning Commission Minutes of 5/22/85 were approved as <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />a r_~~.rnn <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris asked that the following cases be continued to <br />6/26/85: RZ-85-7, PUD-85-9 and Traffic Assumptions. He further <br />asked that Case RZ-85-11 be continued indefinitely. The reasons <br />for these continuances are contained in the staff reports <br />submitted to the Planning Commission.
