MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, May 22, 1985 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of May 22, 1985 was called to <br />order at 10:12pm by DeWitt C. Wilson, Chairman. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Brian Hoyt, John Innes, Kaye <br />Wellman, DeWitt Wilson, Chairman; <br />and Sharrell Michelotti, Alternate <br />Larry Lindsey, Vice Chairman <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; <br />Tom Quaglia, Assistant Planner; <br />Robert Okamura, Assistant City <br />Engineer; Brian W. Swift, Assistant <br />City Attorney; and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />The Design Review Board and Planning Commission Minutes of 5/8/85 <br />were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />A(~F.N1lA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris said that at the request of the developer, 5a, <br />RZ-85-7, be continued to June 12, 1985. <br />Mr. Harris indicated that Roger Gage of Prudential has asked that <br />PUD-81-30-28D, application of Dillingham be continued for new <br />traffic assumptions. The assumptions prepared by TJKM have been <br />referred to Wilbur Smith and Associates for review. They will <br />then be scheduled for approval. Commissioner Innes expressed <br />dismay in continuing to use November 1983 traffic counts when new <br />counts are seven months old and not put into the assumptions and <br />- 1 - <br />
