Minutes <br />Planning Commissio <br />5/8/85 <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked staff if he was comfortable with the <br />design presented tonight or if staff feels they need more time to <br />look at the plan. Mr. Harris indicated that no more time is <br />needed. Mr. Inderbitzen asked if Condition No. 5 could be <br />changed to reflect a 33' PSE instead of a landscape easement. <br />Staff had no objections to this. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wellman to recommend approval of Case PUD-85-6 subject to the <br />conditions shown in the staff report with the following changes: <br />Add Condition No. 12 to reflect that the lawn area cannot be used <br />as an outside showroom and Condition No. 5 shall be changed to <br />show a 33' public service easement instead of a landscape <br />easement. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, <br />Wellman and Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2653 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-85-6 as motioned. <br />UP-85-13, W & W Pizza, Inc. <br />Application of W & W Pizza, Inc. for a conditional use permit to <br />operate a parking/storage facility for delivery vehicles and <br />large food preparation equipment at 39 California Avenue. Zoning <br />for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial <br />Service District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />Case UP-85-13. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Neal Webb, Livermore, the applicant, agreed with the staff report <br />and had no problems with the conditions recommended by staff. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked if the area would be used strictly for <br />storage. Mr. Webb indicated aside from adding an occasional can <br />of oil to one of the vehicles there would be no repairs on the <br />premises. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wellman that the findings shown in the staff report <br />are made and that Case UP-85-13 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown thereon. <br />- 5 - <br />_ _ _. ,. _ ._.__ _._._. _ _ _ _. f_. _. <br />
