A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that Case RZ-85-9 be recommended for approval and that a condition be added to require the access be on the south side rather than Foothill Road. RZ-85-10, Harold, Marcia Gregerson and Gregory Smith Application of Harold and Marcia Gregerson and Gregory Smith to rezone an approximately 2.0 acre site located at 4943 Foothill Road from the "A" (Agricultural) to the R-1-6500 (Single-family Resid~:ntial) zoning district or to any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan. Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of Case R?-85-20. The public hearing was opened. Greg smith, applicant, presented his request. They want to subdivide the property into 12 lots. They wish to put 2,000 sq. ft. custom homes on 7200 sq. ft. lots. He indicated that he is concerned with preserving the trees. They have consulted with the landscape contract and feel they have addressed the concerns adequately at this point. The px~blic hearing was closed.
