MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, March 27, 1985 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of March 27, 1985 was called to <br />order at 9:OOpm by Gregg Doherty, Chairman. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />Till T T /"~ T T T <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />John Innes, Larry Lindsey, Kaye <br />Wellman, and Gregg Doherty, <br />Chairman. <br />Joyce Getty and DeWitt Wilson <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; <br />Ronald Gee, Assistant Planner; <br />Robert Okamura, Assistant City <br />Engineer; Brian W. Swift, Assistant <br />City Attorney; and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />The Minutes of February 27, and March 13, 1985 were approved as <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris asked that Case Z-85-59 be continued to 4/10/85; <br />RZ-85-7 to 5/8/85. The Commission agreed to these continuances. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Lindsey stated that the 'walk' portion of the stop <br />light at Valley and Hopyard was not synchronized with the rest of <br />the signal. <br />- 1 - <br />" T <br />
