Minutes Planning Commission March 13, 1985 by Mr. Warnick. They feel strongly that their proposal makes a nice transition to the area. Commissioner Getty asked the applicant to point out the building on the site plan. Mr. Hawkins complied. Commissioner Lindsey asked about parking on the Santa Rita Road portion of the lot. Mr. Hawkins explained the grade differential and the fact that the parking lot would be screened by virtue of the difference in grade. The public hearing was closed. The Chairman and Assistant City Attorney then discussed removal of the three mitigating conditions. Mr. Swift pointed out that if in fact they have an agreement of record incorporating these three conditions, the staff would not make them enter into another agreement. A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Getty that the mitigated negative declaration be recommended for approval inasmuch as any potentially significant environmental effects would be reduced to an insignificant level by inclusion of conditions imposed upon project approval. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Getty, Chairman Doherty NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Innes ABSTAIN: None Lindsey, Wellman, Wilson and Resolution No. 2623 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the mitigated negative declaration as motioned. A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Doherty that Case PUD-82-18-6D be recommended for approval subject to the conditions of the staff report, amending Condition No. 9 so that it now reads as follows: That the developer dedicate to the City of Pleasanton for street right-of-way purposes, the 10 ft. wide parcel of land along the Stoneridge Drive (Kamp) frontage of the site and shown as a P.S.E. (Public service easement).
