Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />March 13, 1985 <br />TENTATIVE MAPS <br />There were none. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />nz,z,z,nnr r c• <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Mr. Harris informed the Commission that at last nights Council <br />meeting Caroline's PUD was adopted. Council placed a moratorium <br />on development of properties in the Vineyard Avenue area until <br />such time as Bernal Avenue is connected both at the north and <br />south ends. Council denied the rezoning of St. Mary Street and <br />the General Plan residential review committee will probably be <br />looking at this area within their scope. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the Planning Commission was <br />adjourned at 9:50pm by Chairman Doherty. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~~~~~~. <br />Robert J.
