A motion was made by Commissioner Innes (outlined by Chairman Doherty) that the Sphere of Influence be increased to include the Stonyridge/Ruby Hills area and that this area remain intact and is to remain "A" (Agricultural) and Grazing until the alignment of Highway 84 is finished by the State. Request to Initiate Code Change for Sideyard fences Mr. Harris explained the history of this request and then recent denial of Sideyard fencing within required setbacks in Del Prado. As a result the developer has requested that the Commission consider an amendment to the ordinance code. Staff recommends that such a change be initiated. for future public hearing. A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that an application for a code change to sideyard fencing be initiated. The motion carried 5-0.
