MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, February 27, 1985 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of February 27, 1985 was called <br />to order at 8:50pm by Gregg Doherty, Chairman. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />rznr.r, rAT,T, <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Joyce Getty, John Innes, Larry <br />Lindsey, DeWitt C. Wilson and Gregg <br />Doherty, Chairman. Kaye Wellman, <br />alternate, was also present. <br />None <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; <br />Robert L. Warnick, Director of <br />Public Works & Utilities; Robert J. <br />Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Ronald Gee, <br />Assistant Planner; Robert Okamura, <br />Assistant City Engineer; Brian W. <br />Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording <br />Secretary <br />No Minutes were submitted for review and approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mr. Blaine Cox, 5974 San Antonio Street, discussed the recent <br />conditional use permit application relating to 278 West Angela <br />Street. He stated they were not aware the parking area needed to <br />be paved. However, the owner wasn't willing to pave the parking <br />lot. He reviewed a letter of 1977 requiring Schirato to pave for <br />the pest control business. This was never done. He stated that <br />contrary to what he was previously told Mr. Schirato did have a <br />permit for a loft in the garage area. He indicated that he had <br />asked Building Inspector Gary Smith to look at the loft area, and <br />he didn't find any problems with it. They have now lost this <br />- 1 - <br />. T <br />
