Wilson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />i?nT.T. ('AT,T, <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />John Innes, Larry Lindsey, Kaye <br />Wellman, DeWitt C. Wilson and Gregg <br />Doherty, Chairman <br />Joyce Getty (business reasons) <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; <br />Robert Okamura, Assistant City <br />Engineer; Brian W. Swift, Assistant <br />City Attorney; and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />The Minutes of the January 9, 1985 meeting were approved as <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />pT.ANNTNC COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris asked that Item 5a, UP-84-55 be continued indefinitely <br />at the applicant's request, that Item 6d, PUD-84-22, Harbor View <br />be continued to 2/13/85 for traffic analysis. He asked that <br />PUD-84-13 be added to the agenda for review inasmuch as the City <br />Council, at their meeting of January 22, 1985 approved a plan <br />which was substantially different than the one which the Planning <br />Commission recommended for approval. Chairman Doherty indicated <br />he would like this item to be heard prior to consideration of <br />other items on the agenda. <br />- 1 - <br />.T <br />
