MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />Tuesday, November 25, 1986 <br />as discussed earlier in the testimony, (the design of which is to <br />be worked out with staff). Commissioner Michelotti also asked if <br />the motion was to include clarification that the staff and <br />applicant be allowed to work out the color of the accents. The <br />motion was so clarified. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Michelotti, Wellman and Chairman <br />Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2868 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-81-22-1M as motioned. <br />PUD-86-16, Santa Anita Development Corporation <br />Application of Santa Anita Development Corporation for Planned <br />Unit development rezoning and development plan approval for a <br />193,845 square foot commercial/retail center to be located on an <br />approximately 18.2 acre site at the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Stanley Boulevard and Bernal Avenue. Zoning for <br />the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial <br />District. <br />This item was continued to 12/10/86. <br />Tract 5713, Rose Fair Joint Venture <br />Application of Rose Fair Joint Venture to subdivide an <br />approximately 0.6 acre site into 12 residential condominium <br />units, located at the northwest corner of the intersection of <br />Pleasanton Avenue and Rose Avenue. Zoning for the property is <br />RM-1500 (Multi-family Residential) District. <br />This item was continued to 12/10/86. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />UP-86-48, Smith/Callahan, Sweeney & O'Brien <br />Application of John Smith and Callahan, Sweeney & O'Brien for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a facility for religious <br />assembly in conjunction with an establishment for the production <br />of audio-visual materials to be located at 1035 Serpentine Lane. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />Industrial District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Chip Weiser, represented Smith/Callahan, Sweeney & O'Brien.
