Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />November 12, 1986 <br />more than a given number of units unoccupied in each of the <br />areas. There is no discussion in the report regarding this <br />matter. <br />Commissioner Michelotti alluded to the fact that sometimes it is <br />difficult to get people to comply with the conditions imposed <br />upon projects now. Vice Vice Chairman Innes stated the major <br />modifications gives the City a chance to change conditions. <br />Mr. Swift stated that staff can come up with some information for <br />the Commission's review. There may be other factors which need <br />to be looked into such as traffic, school enrollment, air <br />quality, and noise. Vice Vice Chairman Innes suggested the City <br />be divided up into areas such as the west side of I-680 to <br />Vintage Hills, down to the Meadows, then to E1 Charro, etc. <br />Commissioner Wellman suggested that staff work with Vice Vice <br />Chairman Innes and bring the matter back to the Commission.
