Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial and Offices/High Density Residential and <br />Open Space (Parks and Recreation) District. <br />This item was continued to November 25, 1986. <br />PUD-86-16, Santa Anita Development Corporation <br />Application of Santa Anita Development Corporation for Planned <br />Unit development rezoning and development plan approval for a <br />193,845 square foot commercial/retail center to be located on an <br />approximately 18.2 acre site at the southeast corner of the <br />intersection of Stanley Boulevard and Bernal Avenue. Zoninq for <br />the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial <br />District. <br />This item was continued to November 25, 1986. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />Tract 5713, Rose Fair Joint Venture <br />Application of Rose Fair Joint Venture to subdivide an <br />approximately 0.6 acre site into 12 residential condominium <br />units, located at the northwest corner of the intersection of <br />Pleasanton Avenue and Rose Avenue. Zoning for the property is <br />RM-1500 (Multi-family Residential) District. <br />This item was continued to November 25, 1986. <br />RZ-86-12, Safreno <br />Application of Douglas Safreno to rezone an approximately 9,600 <br />sq. ft. site from RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) to CF <br />(Freeway Commercial) District, located on the east side of First <br />Street, approximately 150 feet south of the intersection of <br />Vineyard Avenue and First Street. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Douglas Safreno, 1627 Vineyard Avenue, agreed with the staff <br />report and urged approval of his rezoning request. <br />?_, <br />
