Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />October 8, 1986 <br />Resolution No. 2845 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-86-15 as motioned. <br />PUD 81-22-iM, Mozart Development Co./Regis Homes <br />Application of Mozart Development Company and Regis Homes for a <br />major modification to an approved development plan for a <br />commercial/office/residential complex to allow for a 520-unit <br />condominium/apartment complex, to be located on an approximately <br />20.6 acre site located generally in the area of the northeast <br />corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Stoneridge <br />Mall Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Commercial and Offices/High Density Residential and <br />Open apace (Parks and Recreation) District. <br />This item was continued to 10/22/86. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Chairman Lindsey introduced Chris Dickinson of the Police <br />Department.
