MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, October 8, 1986 <br />8:oopm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of October 8, 1986 was called to <br />order at 8:05pm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Berger, Brian Hoyt, <br />Sharrell Michelotti, Kaye Wellman and <br />Chairman Larry Lindsey <br />Commissioners Absent: John Innes (out-of-town) <br />Staff Members Present: Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert T. Okamura, <br />Assistant City Engineer; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the September 10, 1986 meeting were approved as <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />MINUTES <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE MINUTES <br />Mr. Swift asked that Item 6d, Mozart/Regis Homes be continued to <br />10/22/86. The Commission agreed to this continuance. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Chairman Lindsey indicated he would step down from the <br />deliberations of Case PUD-86-15, Adams/Combs/Skinner and that <br />Kaye Wellman would chair in his place. <br />Commissioner Berger asked what staff had found out about the lack <br />of landscaping on Santa Rita Road. Mr. Okamura explained that <br />landscaping will be done as part of road improvements taking <br />place in this area. <br />- 1 - <br />_T <br />
