MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, September lo, 1986 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Larry Lindsey called the Planning Commission meeting of <br />September 10, 1986 to order at 8:38pm. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Berger, Brian Hoyt, John Innes, <br />Sharrell Michelotti, Kaye Wellman and <br />Larry Lindsey, Chairman <br />Staff Members Present: Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert T. Okamura, <br />Assistant City Engineer; Dennis Beougher, <br />Assistant City Attorney; and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of August 27, 1986 were unanimously approved with the <br />following corrections: <br />Page 11 - Just above "CIRCULATION" add a sentence showing "the <br />other Commissioners supported this action;" <br />Page 12 - in the "PUBLIC FACILITIES ELEMENT" discussion add that <br />Mr. Lee indicated there would definitely be a shortage; thus <br />would require going into the reserve. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />vT.nNNTN(~ COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />There was no discussion. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked that Item 5a (RZ-86-4) be continued indefinitely. <br />- 1 - <br /> <br />
