Minutes of the Continued Planning Commission Meeting of 8/27/86 <br />Held on 9/3/86 <br />Commissioner Innes asked the staff if the General Plan changes <br />are adopted whether or not it would create zoning out of <br />conformance with the General Plan. Mr. Swift said it would and <br />public hearings would be scheduled before the Planning Commission <br />and City Council on the subject properties. They would not, <br />however, all be scheduled for the same time. <br />MOTIONS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that the Commission certifies that it has <br />reviewed and considered the information in the EIR, and certifies <br />that the Environmental Impact Report for Case GP-85-9 has been <br />completed in compliance with the provisions of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2823 was entered and adopted regarding the EIR <br />prepared for GP-85-9 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Michelotti that the Commission makes the environmental impact and <br />growth management findings as shown in the staff report and that <br />approval of a comprehensive revision of the general Plan be <br />recommended with the changes recommended by staff and modified by <br />the Planning Commission at their meetings of August 27, 1986 and <br />September 3, 1986. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2824 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case GP-85-9 as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSIONS REVIEW <br />There was none. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There was none. <br />RF.FF.RR~T.G <br />- 18 - <br />
