Further if the health of a cottage dweller <br />changed and the individual was forced to move into the main <br />structures, an environmental change could be a drastic event. <br />Commissioner Hoyt felt that the seniors should be allowed to have <br />choices. Mr. Truesdale alluded to the fact that many senior <br />citizens prefer a single-family atmosphere rather than an <br />elevator-structure. <br />Vice Chairman Innes then asked if there was member of the <br />citizen's group in the audience. <br />Art Dunkley, Member of the Committee for Senior Citizens' <br />Housing, addressed the Commission. Mr. Ivalich presented two color renderings <br />showing the blue-grey awnings only on the cottage units over the <br />windows and in the fencing.
