That the Planning Commission initiate a change to the <br />ordinance code regarding signage in the CF District. <br />The Commissioners agreed to these changes in the Planning <br />Commission agenda. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Innes stated that from the Design Review Board <br />meeting testimony earlier in the evening, it is apparent that <br />Valley Trails has problems with traffic, traffic control and <br />circulation. Commissioner Innes indicated he would write a <br />letter to the traffic committee and the Chief of Police relating <br />to those issues and request a meeting in an effort to improve <br />some of these conditions. The other Commissioners indicated <br />their support of this effort. <br />PUD-86-1, Adams/Combs/Skinner <br />Application of Earl Adams, Robert Combs, and William Skinner for <br />development plan approval for a 17 unit single-family residential <br />development, to be located on an approximately l0 acre site <br />located approximately 400 feet west of Martin Avenue between Mohr <br />Avenue and Cameron Avenue. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District. <br />This item was withdrawn. <br />RZ-86-4, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend to Municipal Code <br />relating to regulation of signage for multi-story office <br />structures. <br />This item was continued indefinitely. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />GP-85-9, City of Pleasanton <br />Public testimony on the Draft Environmental Impact Report <br />prepared for GP-85-9, a comprehensive land use and policy plan <br />which guides the future development of the community. The <br />Pleasanton General Plan covers a 43 square mile Planning Area <br />which lies generally between I-580, Isabel Avenue, Highway 84 and <br />the Pleasanton Ridge. <br />Mr. Swift announced that Chandler Lee would be the staff person <br />for this item. <br />Chairman Lindsey opened the public hearing. <br />- 2 - <br />F _ . _.. _ .. _ t <br />
