MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />WeBnesday, June 25, 1986 <br />8:oopm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 25, 1986 was called to <br />order at 8:30pm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />~nr.r. t+nr.7. <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Commissioners Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Joyce Berger, Brian Hoyt, <br />John Innes, 5harrell Michelotti, <br />Kaye Wellman and Larry Lindsey, <br />Chairman <br />None <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development, <br />Robert T. Okamura, Assistant City <br />Engineer; and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />The Minutes of June 11, 1986 were approved with the following <br />changes: <br />Commissioner Innes reported that on Pages 1 and 1 of the <br />Minutes when he was speaking of levels of City services, he <br />was addressing all departments, and not a particular one. <br />Commissioner Michelotti referenced Page 7, paragraph 4, <br />should be amended "...discussions between the developer and <br />homeowners to look for a viable plan for a shopping center <br />with decreased density on the housing if possible." <br />SUMMER SCHEDULE <br />Chairman Lindsey stated that he and Kaye Wellman would not be <br />available for the regularly scheduled July 9, 1986 meeting, and <br />stated this meeting should be eliminated if at all possible. <br />Mr. Swift then reviewed the tentative schedule for the <br />General Plan review stating it should be scheduled for City <br />Council review September or October. <br />- 1 <br />
