MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, June 11, 1986 <br />8:00 p.m. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 11, 1986 was called to <br />order at 9:45 p.m. by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />unr.T. CALL <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Commissioners Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Joyce Berger, Brian Hoyt, John <br />Innes, Sharrell Michelotti, Kaye <br />Wellman and Chairman Larry Lindsey <br />None <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development; Robert T. <br />Okamura, Assistant City Engineer; <br />and Peggy Ezidro, Acting Recording <br />Secretary <br />The Minutes of the May 28, 1986 meeting were approved as <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />PUD-86-1, Adams/Combs/Skinner continued to 6/25/86. <br />PUD-80-14M/PUD-82-1-1M, Reynolds & Brown - withdrawn. <br />RZ-86-4, City of Pleasanton - continued. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Innes indicated he had attended the City Council <br />budget session and was very distressed. Four years ago, the <br />General Plan Industrial Review Committee was assured that new <br />industrial and residential development would be fairly <br />self-supporting and City services would be maintained at the same <br />levels. Now we are being told that unless more personnel is <br />- 1 - <br />
