MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, May 14, 1986 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of May 14, 1986 was called to <br />order at 9:45pm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />Dl1T.T. ('~nT.T. <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Commissioners Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Joyce Berger, Brian Hoyt, <br />John Innes, Kaye Wellman and <br />Larry Lindsey, Chairman <br />Sharrell Michelotti (husband <br />ill) <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of <br />Planning and Community <br />Development; Robert T. Okamura, <br />City Engineer; Dennis Beougher, <br />Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording <br />Secretary <br />Chairman Lindsey welcomed Joyce Berger as a new Alternate <br />Planning Commissioner. He also offered best wishes to <br />Sharrell Michelotti's husband, Carl, who is in the hospital. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the Board of Adjustment, Design Review Board and <br />Planning Commission meetings of 4/23/86 were approved as <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked that 6h, application of Reynolds and Brown be <br />continued to 5/28/86.
