CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-157 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DON <br />AND MELISSA PEDERSON TO REGRADE AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE Z-90-469 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Don Pederson and Melissa Pederson have applied to modify <br />an approved grading plan for 971 Montevino Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing on August 21, 1990, <br />the City Council considered all relevant documents, <br />public testimony and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />with a revised landscaping and fencing plan, approval of <br />the proposed regrading request will not have any adverse <br />effect on the surrounding properties. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves Case Z-90-469, the application of Don and <br />Melissa Pederson to modify the approved grading plan for <br />an existing lot located at 971 Montevino Drive, subject <br />to the conditions attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON AUGUST 21, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
