Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />March 26, 1986 <br />residential neighborhood. They have relocated the loading and <br />refuse areas. <br />Norma Kelly, 3923 Fairlands Drive, asked that the wall put behind <br />her house match the partial wall put up by the Kindercare <br />development. Mr. Schlientz said he will match it. <br />Chairman Wilson asked about the signing for this center. Mr. <br />Schlientz distributed plans and elevations of their proposed <br />signing program. Commissioners Innes and Michelotti discussed <br />the colors and size of the program. Mr. Schlientz stated that <br />the letters are all the same style and all upper case. Because <br />of the size of the shopping center, it would be difficult to do <br />anything else. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Chairman Wilson was happy that no fill was required on this site <br />as previously suggested. Commissioner Innes felt the <br />architecture would present a good entrance to the City. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lindsey that Case PUD-80-15-2D, acknowledging that <br />Condition 2g has now been satisfied and that the applicant has <br />indicated the fence of Norma Kelly will be taken care of in <br />accordance with her request. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2775 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />PUD-80-15-2D as motioned. <br />RZ-85-i1, Newnam <br />Application of Billy Newnam to rezone an approximately 1.9 acre <br />site from R-1-40,000 (Single Family Residential) to R-1-20,000 <br />(Single-family Residential) District located at 5130 Foothill <br />Road. <br />This matter was continued to 4/9/86. <br />RZ-86-3, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the Planning Commission for an amendment to the <br />ordinance Code to permit fortune telling in various Commercial <br />zoning districts. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />- 4 - <br />
