Zoning for the property is <br />IG-40,000 (General Industrial) District. <br />Mr. Lee presented the staff report recommending approval of this <br />application. <br />Discussion between Commissioner Innes, Chairman Wilson and Mr. <br />Lee ensued relating to the definition of service stations in the <br />IG District. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Bill Hirst, 235 Main Street, represented Nolan France. He has <br />reviewed the staff report and indicated they agree with the <br />conditions shown in the report.
