AYES• Commissioners Hoyt, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />• Chairman Wilson <br />NOES' Commissioner Innes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2770 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of PUD-86-4 as motioned. <br />NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />UP-86-4, France <br />Application of Nolan France for a conditional use permit for an <br />automobile brake, tire mounting/alignment, and repair facility <br />located at 7034-H Commerce Circle. Zoning for the property is <br />IG-40,000 (General Industrial) District. <br />Mr. Lee presented the staff report recommending approval of this <br />application. <br />Discussion between Commissioner Innes, Chairman Wilson and Mr. <br />Lee ensued relating to the definition of service stations in the <br />IG District. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Bill Hirst, 235 Main Street, represented Nolan France. He has <br />reviewed the staff report and indicated they agree with the <br />conditions shown in the report. He indicated his client <br />apologizes for first not seeking City approval for his use as he <br />didn't realize it was necessary until after the slab was dug out <br />and all of his equipment installed. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that the findings shown in the staff report for this case <br />are made and that Case UP-86-4 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown thereon. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />• Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2771 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-86-4 as motioned. <br />- 7 - <br />
