Minutes <br />Planning Commission. <br />February 26, 1986 <br />City Council: (1) that as many traffic signals as possible be <br />interconnected - highest priority - with the computer system with <br />sufficient dollars budgeted to provide for technical personnel as <br />well; (2) finds the proposed Capital Improvement Program <br />consistent with the General Plan. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman <br />and Vice Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairman Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2768 was entered and adopted recommending the <br />action as motioned relative to the Annual Review of The Capital <br />Improvement Program. <br />Mr. Okamura reported to Commissioner Innes, concerning the <br />Foothill Road area near Foothill Knolls, that inasmuch as the <br />Highway Patrol has not been very cooperative with him in sending <br />an accident report previously requested. He has, therefore, <br />asked the Police Department to request it. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Vice Chairman Lindsey asked for a head count of the Commissioners <br />who would be participating in the February 27, 1986 joint <br />meeting.
