Minutes <br />Planning Commission. <br />February 26, 1986 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt,Innes, Michelotti, Wellman <br />and Vice Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairman Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2767 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case RZ-86-2 as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSIONS REVIEW <br />Fortune Telling <br />Mr. Swift presented the memorandum to the Commission concerning <br />this item. <br />After discussion between the staff and Planning Commission, a <br />motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Innes that an application for Ordinance Code <br />amendment be initiated concerning Fortune Telling in commercial <br />districts in Pleasanton. This motion carried 5-0. <br />Design Review Extension Lucky Stores <br />No action was taken on this item and the Planning Commission <br />concurred with the time extension as discussed in the staff <br />report. <br />1985 TSM Compliance Report <br />Mr. Swift presented the TSM Compliance report prepared by the <br />Transportation Coordinator, Gail Gilpin. <br />Commissioner Innes asked if staff feels TSM is behind schedule, <br />on schedule, ahead of schedule for the 45% reduction traffic. <br />Mr. Swift reviewed the first year, and subsequent years goals for <br />this program. He commended Gail Gilpin who has established an <br />excellent rapport with coordinators and management staff for the <br />task force operation. <br />Annual Review of the Capital Improvement Program <br />Mr. Swift presented his memorandum concerning the Capital <br />Improvement Program. The fiscal period has been changed to <br />January-December from July-June. <br />Commissioner Innes felt that bike/ped paths planned for Foothill <br />Road are premature because the money should be used increase <br />safety. Staff and the Commission then discussed items which will <br />receive FAU funding and items which will appear in the Capital <br />Improvement Program. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by <br />Commissioner Michelotti that the Planning Commission recommend to <br />- 6 - <br /> <br />
