Wilson, Chairman, (out of <br />town ) <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning <br />and Community development; Chandler <br />Lee, Principal Planner; Robert T. <br />Okamura, City Engineer and Shirley <br />McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />There were no Minutes submitted for review and approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift requested the following items be continued: <br />PUD-86-1 Adams/Combs/Skinner - indefinitely <br />PUD-86-3, Public Storage - Monday, March 10, 1986 <br />PUD-86-4, Reynolds and Brown - Monday March 10, 1986 <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked of the Public Storage application is <br />next to the one previously approved. Mr. Swift indicated it is <br />immediately north. The reason for the continuance is to address <br />the amount of fill to be done. The Board then agreed to the <br />above continuances. <br />- 1 - <br />
