CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-156 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />CHARLES R. SUER TO REGRADE AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />Z-90-326 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Charles R. Suer has applied to modify the approved <br />grading plan for an existing lot located at 949 Montevino <br />Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, grading for the overall development was approved under <br /> Tract 5835; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, any potential adverse effects will be mitigated by <br /> planting a landscaping screen. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves Case Z-90-326, the application of Charles <br />R. Suer to modify the approved grading plan for an <br />existing lot located at 949 Montevino Drive, subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON AUGUST 21, 1990 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FO : /? <br /> <br />Michael H.
