Minutes <br />Planning Commissio_ <br />2/12/86 <br />George Deeter, Prudential, indicated fencing is going around the <br />entire perimeter of the take off and land areas and parking <br />areas. Commissioner Innes asked the applicants if they would <br />mind a condition concerning drop boxes being established in North <br />Pleasanton so thaareais sMTViDeeterlstatednFederal Express woulde <br />North Pleasanton <br />like to install as many as possible. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Chairman <br />Wilson that UP-85-19 be approved subject to the conditions of the <br />staff report but requiring that drop boxes be installed within <br />Hacienda Business Park where appropriate within 90 days of the <br />commencement of this service. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Innes, Hoyt, Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2760 was entered and adopted approving UP-85-19 as <br />motioned. <br />PUD 86-1, Adams/Combs/Skinner <br />Application of Earl Adams, Robert Combs, and yPilliam Skinner for <br />development plan approval for an eighteen-unit single-family <br />residential development to be located on an approximately ten <br />acre site, located approximately 400 feet west of Martin Avenue <br />between Mohr Avenue and Camron Avenue.
