Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />January 22, 1986 <br />Traffic Committee look at the possibility of a left turn pocket <br />into the subject site with a written report to the Commission <br />and, that a speed bump be installed on the site by July 1, 1986. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, Wellman and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairman Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2749 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-85-4 as motioned. <br />UP 85 55, Reid/Myers Development Corp. <br />Application of Lee Reid and Myers Development Corporation for a <br />conditional use permit for the development an 800 unit, <br />two-structure, three-story mini-storage facility on an <br />approximately 1.3 acre site located at 3722 Old Santa Rita Road. <br />Zoning for the property is CS (Commercial Service) District. <br />This item was withdrawn. <br />PUD-85-21, Connolly <br />Application of Robert Connolly for rezoning from R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District and development <br />plan approval for a nine-unit, single-family residential project <br />to be located on an approximately 2.4 acre site, located at 306 <br />Neal Street. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />Case PUD-85-21. He distributed Modifications and Additions to <br />Recommended Conditions of Approval and Addendum to the Staff <br />Report for consideration of the Planning Commissioners. An <br />exhibit was also distributed showing a conceptual building <br />envelope for Parcel 9. <br />Commissioner Wellman asked what would happen to Conditions 1(b) <br />and 1(c) on the original staff report if the Addendum is <br />recommended for approval. Mr. Swift stated that they are to <br />remain. <br />Commissioner Michelotti went to the site and feels that Lot 9 can <br />be a home site with proper landscaping. She felt in actuality <br />they would have a view of a large expansive area including the <br />oak tree.
