Mr. Kinzel stated that the beauty of the <br />ordinance is with the developer enforcement and the fact that the <br />ordinance was put together with support of developers. <br />Commissioner Michelotti then discussed with Mr. Kinzel counts <br />from computers. <br />Commissioner Innes then asked if he could have the LOS <br />calculations using the 1985 counts comparing the old and new <br />assumptions. Mr. Kinzel said he could furnish this information. <br />Mr. Kinzel indicated he would furnish this information early next <br />week. <br />This matter was then continued to 1/22/86. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. Swift reported that the County will be hosting a Tri-Valley <br />Joint Planning Commission meeting on February 27, 1986 and asked <br />whether or not the Commission would be interested in attending. <br />The Planning Commission unanimously endorsed the meeting and <br />indicated they would represent Pleasanton at it. <br />REFERRALS <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Cit <br />Cnt~nCil Actions on Planning Commission Cases <br />12/17/85 and 1/7/86. <br />Mr. Swift reviewed the written report of 12/17/85 and gave a <br />verbal report on the Council actions of 1/7/86. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Planning Commission meeting of 1/8/86 was adjourned at <br />11:30pm by Chairman Dewitt Wilson. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Brian W.
