NOES: Chairman Wilson <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2746 was entered and adopted denying Case <br />PUD-80-15-3D without prejudice. <br />RZ-85-18, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Zoning <br />Ordinance relating to setbacks required for patio covers in R-1 <br />(Single-family Residential) District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />Case RZ-85-18. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one addressed this matter and the public hearing was declared <br />closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wellman, seconded by <br />Commissioner Michelotti that Case RZ-85-18 be recommended for <br />approval per the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Innes, <br /> and Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Lindsey, Michelotti, Wellman <br />Resolution No. 2747 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case RZ-85-18 as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Traffic Assumptions <br />Chairman Wilson indicated he has spent only about one hour <br />reviewing the assumptions and felt because they re complicated, <br />would like the matter continued. Mr. Swift stated that he would <br />like to see a recommendation prior to the consideration of <br />Hacienda II and AT&T. <br />Commissioner Lindsey asked the Chairman perhaps to hear comments <br />to the audience if it would be okay even though no decision would <br />be made. The Chairman agreed. <br />Chris Kinzel indicated they are in agreement with the action <br />taken by the Planning Commission to continue this matter. The <br />staff and TjKM have been working on the assumptions. He supports <br />the recommendations staff is making. <br />Commissioner Innes indicated he would like to have the <br />Assumptions given to the Environmental Monitoring Committee and <br />- 14 - <br />
