Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit
Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District.
Mr. Swift presented the staff reports. Staff has no problem with
an increase in F.A.R. of Site 52. Site 51, because of its
juxtaposition of this lot with other commercial uses in the area,
and the likelihood of uses to take place on Site 54, it would
create concerns with traffic generation from this site because of
its proximity the Hopyard Road and Owens Drive intersection.
- 9 -
