Don Cotton, 3I(-J5 Catawha Court, who lived near the drainage ditch, expressed concern about the possibility of flooding. Mr. Quaglia stated that the project has been laid out so that the pad areas would drain to the street and on to the storm drain. Ir addition, concrete lined citches will be placed on the toe of the slope to catch the runoff of the slope area. Mr. Cotton was also concerned about the timing of the proposed construction to weather. Mr' Quaglia assured him that comdutiors would be coordinated with the weather as much as possible and construction will not be planned until late spring when weather conditions are more stable. Fran Belecky_ 392 Madeira Drive, wished to address the traffic situation in the Vintage HilIs/Crellin Road/Madeira Drive area. He noted that construction starts at 6:30 am and that traffic is becoming increasingly heavy. He requested that tne developer post large signs at the entrances and exits of the project warning the workers of caution. Mr- Slenn returned to the presented by the public. and addressed the issues Commissioner Tarver asked Mr. Glenn if the gradinq of the Iots could brought down. Mr. Glenn said that it would be difficult but they would try. Commissioner Michelotti asked Mr. Glenn how he felt about the propoeed soundwall~ Mr. Glenn was opposed to the idea_ but would agree if it were a condition. He indicated they would try to dress it up as much as possible. Neither Commissioners Micheletti nor Berger were in favor of a soundwaII or CreIl�n Ro=d. The public hearing was closed. Chairman Lindsey noted that Mr. Belecky had raised the duestion regargimg the possibility of getting SignS cauticn=ng construction workers, and asked Mr. Quaglia if staff had any problem with that.
