She questioned <br />wr. <br />Glenn regarding the trees on the lot and what he would do if <br />the prcmoseb plan wes not feasible. Mr' Glenn responned that ha <br />would go back to staff and work it out with him. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />mot-.,n was mane Commissioner MicheIotti_ seconded by <br />Cou.o:ssigaer Berger recommending approval of Case PUD-87-25 <br />subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotzi, Tarver, <br />and Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. FC-87-120 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approving Case PUD-37-21 as motioned. <br />Tract 5B35,. Amador Savings/Beratlis <br />Application of Amador Sevimgs/Beraatlis to subdivide an <br />approximately 30 acre site into 64 residential lots located on <br />the north side of Crellin Road at the intersection of Zinfandel <br />Court and Malaga Court- Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family Residential) District. <br />Mr. QuagIia presented the staff report recommending that the <br />fimoines be made for Case Tract 5835 and that it be approved <br />subject to the 19 conditions of the staff reoort. <br />Chairman Lindsey asked Mr. QuagIie to address the moratorium <br />regarding building in the Vintage Hills area and the extension <br />to Bernai/Stan%ey regarding, this project. Mr. Quag4ia explained <br />flit y Council actions regarding growth nanagement and that the <br />project is ccnditioned such that they participate in the payment <br />pf the extensions both to the north and the south of Bernal <br />Avenue, <br />Commissioner Tarver asked for clarification regarding the <br />building pads next to Sylvaner and the reasons for building it <br />up rather than grading it down. Mr. QuagIia said the proolem <br />lies in than the property unoulates and drops, noting on the <br />drawings the location in question. He stated that part of the <br />is that the sewer limes are very shallow and this must <br />be compersateb fur' <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Chris BeraLlis; 530 Maim Street' represented the application. <br />He stated that he agreed with the conditions of the staff <br />report, and noted that he has worked with the residents of the <br />Page <br />
