The minutes of the November 1 r Board of Abliustment were <br />unanimously approved. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one aodressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked that Item No. Se, PUD-B1-30-42D, Castilio Co. <br />and Item No. 6g, Tract 5811, Matteson Investment Corporation be <br />continued to the December meeting. The Commiesioners agreed to <br />these continuances. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Chai�man Lindsey expressed concern with the traffic <br />configuration from Main Street to Bernal Avenue and -final access <br />to SunoI Boulevard. He felt that the businesses on the south <br />end of Main Street were very much in jeopardy because o+ the way <br />tnese' streets are lain out- He also was concerned for the <br />upcoming shopping center between Mission Street and Juniperc as <br />to access 'from that end of town' He stated that a mistate had <br />been mahe in the street planning of that area and hoped tnat it <br />car be corrected im some way. <br />Commissioner Tarver asked whether they might malf.e a motion to <br />recommend to tto City Council that the situation there be <br />changed. <br />Mr. Swi+t stated it would be best to bring the matter back to <br />the next agenda with some history of the project and the reasons <br />why they felt it should be changed. The Commissioners agreed <br />that it wuuId be best to have it on the December acienda. <br />OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />PUD-87-25„. Kamg,_ Kral„ Crouch <br />Application for development plan approval for a four-parcel, <br />single-family residential development to be located on an <br />approximately 1.2 acre site at 3775 Mohr Avenue. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density <br />Residential District. <br />Mr- c:wift oresented the staff report recommending approval of <br />�ase <br />PUT) -87 subject to :conditions listed in Exhibit A of the <br />staff report- <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Richard Glenn. 205 Main Street, Alexander and Associates <br />repr:,,,sented the application. He thanked the staff for meeting <br />with them and said he had no problems with the conditions set <br />forth by Etaff' <br />Paqe <br />7 <br />
