MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, August 26, 1987 <br />S:o0pm <br />ROLL CALL <br />The Planning Commission meeting of August 26, 1987 was called to <br />order at 9:OOpm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of July 22, 1987 were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift announced that Case UP-87-22, Shin has been withdrawn; <br />and asked that UP-87-34, Larry Evans/The Game Station should be <br />continued to September 9, 1987 at the request of the applicant. <br />Chairman Lindsey indicated that the Commission would allow this <br />one time continuance for the Game Station, but to emphasize that <br />it will be expected to be heard on September 9, 1987 as <br />scheduled. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Berger discussed the illegal signs at Swensons and <br />the Mexican Restaurant on Santa Rita Road just north of Valley <br />Avenue. Mr. Swift stated that several letters have been sent and <br />staff is currently working on this problem. <br />Commissioner Hoyt reported that cars are still being stored on <br />the street at California near Del Valle Parkway. <br />OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />- 1 - <br /> <br />
