Mr. Swift gave a summary of the staff report, noting staff recommendation for <br />approvai with conditions. it was noted that tl-e applicant had reservations with <br />the actual Cost spread, while the method of dread was agreed upon. <br />In response to a question from Chairperson Lindsey, staff said they would accept a <br />revised Condition ~4. <br />There was discussion of the proposed pylon sign. Mr. Sw1tt noted that the pylon <br />sign would be in place for a period of three years, for freeway visibility and to <br />establtsh location.
