MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, June 24, 1987 <br />' 8:o0pm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 24, 1987 was called to <br />order at 8:OOpm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />vn r.r. na r.r. <br />Commissioners Present: Marcelline Mahern, Sharrell Michelotti, <br />Ben Tarver, and Larry Lindsey, Chairman <br />Commissioners Absent: Joyce Berger (vacation), and Brian Hoyt <br />Staff Members Present: Chandler Lee, Principal Planner; <br />Tom Quaglia, Assistant Planner; <br />Gary Leach, Assistant Director of Public <br />Works; Jim Balch, Police Sergeant; Dennis <br />Beougher, Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Commissioner Michelotti requested that page of 2 of the June 10, <br />1987 Minutes be changed to show that she supported a combination <br />of the two colors with regard to Case PUD-87-G. The Minutes were <br />then approved 4-0 as amended. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Jack Hovingh, Muirwood Drive, addressed the Planning Commission <br />meeting set for July 8, 1987, and urged that the Commission give <br />a great deal of thought to proposed changes. Mr. Hovingh then <br />handed out a memorandum dated March 29, 1987 for consideration of <br />the Commission on this subject at their forth-coming meeting. <br />Frank Belecky, 892 Madeira Drive, spoke stating that previously <br />the Vintage Hills Homeowners had requested a master plan for the <br />Remen Tract. This plan was to incorporate conditions so that <br />single family residential units would go on small lots, etc. and <br />everyone will know what the City wants. Mr. Belecky acknowledged <br />that he realizes everyone in the City is busy, but asked that <br />this be a consideration. <br />- 1 - <br />
