MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, June 10, 1987 <br />8:o0pm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 10, 1987 was called to <br />order at 8:12pm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />Commissioners Present: Brian Hoyt, Marcelline Mahern, <br />Sharrell Michelotti, Ben Tarver, and <br />Larry Lindsey, Chairman <br />Commissioners Absent: Joyce Berger (I11) <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The following sets of Minutes were approved as submitted: <br />Board of Adjustment 5/13/87 <br />Design Review Board 5/27/87 <br />Planning Commission 5/27/87 <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked for the following revisions: <br />6(b) GP-87-4, Spotorno - continue to 6/24/87 <br />6(c) UP-87-19, Shin - withdrawn at the applicant's request <br />6(d) PUD-87-10, Warren Avenue Associates - continue to <br />6/24/87 <br />The Planning Commission agreed to these changes. <br />Chairman Lindsey announced for a show of hands for those members <br />of the audience present for hearing the consideration of the <br />Spotorno application. A substantial number of folks raised their <br />hands. Chairman Lindsey stated that the applicant wishes to <br />contact the residents of the area to review their proposal so <br />that everyone will have a better understanding of the issues. <br />- 1 - <br />
