MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednes8ay, May 13, 1987 <br />8:o0pm <br />flAT T A'A T.T. <br />The Planning Commission meeting of May 13, 1987 was called to <br />order at 8:15pm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />nn r_r_ n a r_r. <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Berger, Brian Hoyt, <br />Marcelline Mahern, Sharrell Michelotti, <br />Ben Tarver and Chairman Larry Lindsey <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Gary Leach, <br />Assistant Director of Public Works; <br />Jim Balch, Police Department and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the April 22, 1987 meeting were approved as <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br /> <br />George Szeman, 3617 Kamp Drive, Pleasanton. asked for a stop sign <br />at the intersection of Kamp and Rheem Drive. Chairman Lindsey <br />asked that the traffic engineer look into this matter with a <br />report back to the speaker and Planning Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift stated that Item 5(a), Case PUD-87-2, Harbor View, be <br />continued indefinitely for redesign. This matter will be <br />renoticed. Mr. Swift also asked that Item 6(c), Case PUD-80-2-6d <br />be continued to May 27,1987. The Commission agreed to these <br />continuances. <br />- 1 - <br /> <br />
